Shark Dental Clinic Warranty Policy
When using products and services at Shark Dental Clinic, customers will receive a warranty policy in accordance with the agreement made during the transaction/purchase of the corresponding product.
The warranty period for free warranty products will begin from the time the customer receives the completed product.
When requesting a warranty, customers are kindly asked to provide the warranty card or payment invoice, or delivery note. Customer and product information must be clearly, fully, and accurately presented on the warranty card or payment invoice. The warranty card and invoice must be intact, not altered, patched, or erased.
For Cosmetic Dental Veneers/Crowns
Violation of any of the conditions in Section 1. (Note: Section 1 is implicitly the general conditions above. This is a common phrasing in Vietnamese policies.)
Product information does not match the warranty card.
Customer independently repairs/warrants part or all of the product at warranty centers not within Shark Dental Clinic’s system, or not designated partners of Shark Dental Clinic.
Customer does not comply with instructions at Shark Dental Clinic:
- Not following the doctor’s treatment plan.
- Not following usage instructions.
- Using medication/chemicals other than those prescribed by the doctor.
- Consuming hard or colored foods before being instructed by the doctor, leading to stained, chipped, or yellowed teeth, etc.
- Accidents or strong impacts causing tooth damage.
For Implant Products
Violation of any of the conditions in Section 1.
Product information does not match the warranty card.
Customer independently repairs/warrants part or all of the product at warranty centers not within Shark Dental Clinic’s system, or not designated partners of Shark Dental Clinic.
Customer does not comply with instructions at Shark Dental Clinic:
- Not following the doctor’s treatment plan: Methods for wound care to promote rapid recovery; scheduled follow-up appointments, cosmetic dental restoration.
- Not following usage instructions.
- Consuming hard or colored foods before being instructed by the doctor, leading to stained, chipped, or yellowed teeth, etc.
- Accidents or strong impacts causing tooth damage.
For Other Products
Violation of any of the conditions in Section 1.
Product information does not match the warranty card.
Customer independently repairs/warrants part or all of the product at warranty centers not within Shark Dental Clinic’s system, or not designated partners of Shark Dental Clinic.
Customer does not comply with instructions at Shark Dental Clinic:
- Not following the doctor’s treatment plan: Methods for wound care to promote rapid recovery, scheduled follow-up appointments.
- Not following usage instructions.
- Consuming hard or colored foods before being instructed by the doctor, leading to stained, chipped, or yellowed teeth, etc.
