– In order to use the online payment service, customers must first register as a member.
– The registration information provided by the customer must be completely accurate. Shark Dental Clinic will not be responsible for providing any compensation in the event of an error in the information supplied by the customer during registration.
– Customers must keep their account and password information completely confidential at all times.
– Customers need to read and fully understand the payment method and instructions before proceeding.

Warranty policy
All customers who make a payment, whether directly or through a payment gateway, for any of the treatment services at Shark Dental Clinic, are entitled to the clinic’s warranty policy as set out in its regulations.
Refund policy
Shark Dental Clinic offers refunds in the following circumstances:
– An error occurs during the payment process.
– The customer has personal circumstances and is unable to reschedule their appointment.
– The customer experiences an unexpected health issue.
Refunds do not apply to other circumstances or reasons not covered by this policy.
