X-ray machines or Cone Beam CT scanners are used to support the assessment of the bone, and implant guidance and positioning systems can help support determining the correct post placement position according to the treatment plan. Piezotome technology may also be used to support bone-related intervention in cases where this is appropriate. Intraoral scanning devices and CAD/CAM technology support the process of taking digital impressions and creating the restoration. The specific application of any given technology is considered on a case-by-case basis for each individual patient

Reusable instruments are collected and processed following a one-way workflow, which includes cleaning, packaging, steam sterilization, and storage according to proper standards, all of which takes place before the instruments are brought into a treatment session. The surfaces of the dental chair and other contact areas are cleaned thoroughly between each customer visit. Single-use supplies are also replaced with fresh ones for every individual treatment session

Determining the exact position for the implant, selecting the appropriate post size, and deciding on the restoration method to be used
Preparation before surgery
Treating any existing inflammation or performing bone grafting and soft tissue grafting if these are needed beforehand
Placement of the implant post
Carrying out the placement of the implant post into the jawbone, followed by monitoring of the healing process afterward
Attaching the abutment and taking impressions
Once the implant has integrated and become stable, the doctor attaches the abutment and takes a physical impression, or alternatively takes a digital scan
Attaching the final porcelain crown
Fitting the porcelain crown onto the implant and checking that the fit and the bite alignment are correct
Periodic follow-up visits
Assessing the ongoing condition of the implant and the restoration, and providing the patient with care instructions

Instructions for care after treatment
Biting on gauze and applying a cold compress

Prioritize soft foods, avoid smoking cigarettes, and take medication exactly as prescribed
Cleaning around the implant
Clean the area surrounding the implant using specialized tools according to the instructions provided
Returning for a follow-up visit if anything seems abnormal
Come to the dental clinic right away if pain or swelling increases, if there is any discharge of pus, or if the implant post or the crown feels loose or unstable
Warranty coverage and follow-up visits
Implant posts and restorations may each be covered by different warranty policies. Warranty conditions are usually connected to the use of genuine, authentic materials, attending follow-up visits, maintaining proper hygiene, and they generally exclude cases involving injury or uncontrolled underlying medical conditions.
Customers should keep their records, invoices and warranty card, if one has been provided, and should also return for follow-up visits according to the recommended schedule so that the doctor can monitor the implant and address any abnormal signs at an early stage. Warranty policy is applied in accordance with current regulations and the specific conditions attached to each individual service or material.
